BETA is closed

We are happy to inform you that the 2000 available spots in the BETA group have been filled out. Therefore you are not able to subscribe for the BETA and can’t buy more software licenses anymore. We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who expressed interest in our project.
If you missed out on the BETA group, don’t worry! Starting from May 9th at 18:00 CET, you can subscribe for the future PUBLIC onboarding in the JOIN CRANKK section. Once we’re ready, we will send you an email with information on the exact start date of the public onboarding, so you can prepare.
If you have purchased your software license, but have not yet activated your gateway, please follow the steps described below.

1. Find the Onboarding guide for your gateway model and follow the step-by-step instructions.

2. Activate your software license by assigning your gateway ID to your wallet. Please note that this step is necessary to ensure that your software license is properly activated. Click here for more details.

How to assign your gateway ID to your wallet

  1. Sign in to the User Dashboard with your Google account.
  2. Go to the Wallets section.
  3. Choose the wallet you want to use to activate your software license. You need to have some KDA balance in order to assign it to your gateway.
  4. Press on the Assign button in the Gateway column. If you don’t see such a button, that means you don’t have a software license for this wallet.
  5. Select your gateway Model and enter the Gateway ID you want to assign to this wallet. Please follow the instructions to find the correct gateway ID.
  6. Press on the Submit button.
  7. The status will be changed to pending. It may take up to 5 minutes to settle this on the blockchain. Once ready, you will see your chosen gateway model in the Gateways section and the randomly generated gateway name in both Wallets and Gateways sections.

3. You must participate in the Proof-of-Trust by staking 100$ worth of CRKK for Proof-of-Network-Participation (PoNP) in order to receive rewards. Click here for more details.

How to participate in the Proof-of-Trust

  1. Sign in to the User Dashboard with your Google account.
  2. Go to the Gateways section.
  3. Click on the gateway name.
  4. Go to the Proof-of-Trust menu where you will see a participate button.
  5. The exact amount of CRKK tokens you need will be displayed over the participate button. The button is not active if the CRKK balance in the wallet is less than the amount required for PoNP.
  6. If you don’t have any CRKK tokens yet, you can buy the amount you need from the internal DEX in the Exchange section. Check this article and this video for more details.
  7. If you already have CRKK tokens in another Crankk wallet, you can import it in eckoWallet and transfer your CRKK tokens to the new wallet you want to use for the staking.
  8. Press on the participate button.
Please remember the 3×1 rule: 1 software license = 1 gateway = 1 wallet. What does this mean: you must have a separate wallet and separate software license for every gateway you want to onboard on the Crankk network.

If you have any questions or concerns about the procedures mentioned above, please do not hesitate to open a support ticket on our Discord server. We can’t wait to see you on board!

⚠️Attention all Crankksters⚠️

By Beta

Over the past few days, our entire team has been working hard to gather feedback and resolve various technical issues affecting our platform. Upon closer examination, we discovered that we made some crucial mistakes that contributed to the inactivity of some gateways.

During our ALPHA stage, the manual onboarding was running smoothly on our old server. The main goal of the BETA was to automate and test mass onboarding, but we rushed the process, which resulted in several important steps being missed on our new servers.

BETA Mailing Day 6

By Beta

Dear Crankkster,

After you had the chance to get up close with our User Dashboard yesterday, today we’re going to open one more door — the wallet functionality. We will teach you how to create a $KDA wallet, as well as how to import an existing $KDA wallet into the User Dashboard. Last but not least, we’ll give you some more details on the Exchange platform.

The 3×1 rule: 1 software license = 1 gateway = 1 wallet

Crankk puts security first and believes that each wallet should be connected to only one gateway and one software license. This ensures that the user’s funds and data are protected and there are no conflicts between different software licenses or gateways.
