Licenses and Subscriptions
Yes. If your gateway becomes faulty or for any other reason you need to switch your license to a different device, you can apply for your license to be activated on a new gateway. Open a support ticket in our official Discord server and our team will arrange the switch for you. This process will be automated on the blockchain in the near future, when Crankk Oracle nodes are activated.

Purchasing a license is possible after onboarding your gateway. Login to your User Dashboard and navigate to the 'License' tab of your gateway. A license purchase can be made from there. The license should be purchased paying the correct amount of CRKK or KDA tokens: make sure you have enough balance in the wallet you wish to buy the license for; make sure this balance sits on the same chain as where your linked gateway was onboarded to. A license will activate your device and enable you to start providing rewarded coverage for IoT devices. A license also gives full access to the One-Click Multimining features of the Crankk operating system. Your license is tied to your wallet. A wallet can only hold one license. A separate license is needed for every gateway onboarded.
