We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager/Product Owner to lead our projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards and objectives.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager/Product Owner at Crankk, you will be at the heart of our development process, playing a key role in guiding our projects to success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, defining product vision and ensuring alignment with business goals. Your leadership will drive the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Act as a product owner, maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing according to strategic goals
- Plan and implement projects, tracking progress through appropriate systems and tools
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, adjusting project schedules and plans as needed
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate issues to the management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a project manager or product owner in the IoT, LoRa, or related industry
- Excellent knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
