When you order a gateway in our shop, you only pay for the included Crankk license and you receive the gateway for free. The gateways are a gift because they are no longer supported by manufacturer warranty, nor does Crankk offer any kind of warranty, reimbursement or return policy on gifted items. We work together with a USA supplier who has the items in stock, aiming to repurpose unused hardware, and we are happy to help you get started!

Select the desired product from our shop and click the ‘add to cart’ button. The product will now be added to your shopping cart. Go to the cart and click the ‘Checkout’ button. Provide all necessary checkout details on the Checkout page, select ‘Free shipping’ for standard shipping or choose ‘Express shipping’ for faster delivery. Select a payment method. Only payments in CRKK tokens are accepted. You can add a note to your order if needed. Click place order.

On the payment page, copy the deposit address or scan the QR code with your crypto wallet and transfer the displayed amount of CRKK tokens to this deposit address. The deposit should be made within a three-minute timeframe. Now wait for the transaction to be completed and processed by the blockchain. A confirmation will appear in the ‘Approval’ box, indicating a successful purchase. You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation shortly.

* when using the KDA deposit address, make sure to use a Kadena wallet to transfer your payment.

* when using the SOL deposit address, make sure to use a Solana wallet to transfer your payment.

All products are shipped from within the USA and will require a minimum processing time of 2-5 business days before being shipped. We ship only with UPS. Arrival times can vary on the country of destination. Free shipments are expected to arrive within 2 weeks after shipping. Fast delivery should arrive within a week after being shipped.

Free shipping requires no extra cost. The items are delivered to your doorstep free of charge within 2 " + "weeks after shipment. Fast delivery shipments cost are calculated during checkout. Shipping costs " + "are added to the total checkout amount in CRKK tokens.

The price for a licensed gateway is $120*. Payments are made in CRKK tokens only. The price during checkout is displayed in CRKK tokens. The amount of CRKK tokens to pay varies and is always based on the actual value of the CRKK token at the time of purchase.

We only accept crypto payments in CRKK tokens. To pay for your order in the checkout page, simply transfer the amount of CRKK tokens to the displayed destination address and wait for your deposit to arrive on the deposit address. This should only take a few minutes. A confirmation will be displayed in the ‘Approval’ box.

Shipped Panther X1 and Dusun gateways are only compatible for usage within the USA or Europe. Due to technical specifications, only USA915 and EU868 LoRaWAN frequencies are supported by our shipped gateways.

The hardware device is included for free and standard shipping is free. The device comes pre-flashed with Crankk OS with full root access, a license for participating in providing coverage for the Crankk network, Multimining and technical support from the official Crankk support team.

Crankk is partnering with a USA supplier that unboxes the devices and flashes them with Crankk OS before being shipped. The devices are in stock and have never been used. They are brand new. This partnership aims to repurpose existing, unused hardware.
