The deposit should be made within a two-hour timeframe. Now wait for the transaction to be completed and processed by the blockchain. The transferred amount will appear in the ‘Approval’ box as ‘confirmed’, indicating a successful purchase. This may take several minutes. Hit the refresh icon to fetch the latest confirmation status. You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation shortly after your purchase.

If you buy a gateway, you actually only pay for the $120 included license. The shipped hardware is a gift because it is no longer under manufacturer warranty. Warranty has been discouraged by the manufacturer, nor does Crankk offer any kind of warranty, reimbursement or return policy on shipped items. Crankk ships the hardware pre-flashed with Crankk firmware, effectively renouncing any possibility to future warranty claims. Crankk takes no responsibility for hardware failures after purchasing. If your device should fail however, the license you purchased will be easily transferrable to a new device.

Crankk Shop only accepts payments in CRKK tokens on the Kadena blockchain. To pay for your order on the payment page, simply transfer the shown amount of CRKK tokens to the displayed destination address and wait for your deposit to arrive on the deposit address. Shipped gateways are only compatible for usage within the USA, Australia or Europe. Due to technical specifications, only USA915, AU915 and EU868 LoRaWAN frequencies are supported by our shipped gateways. Be sure to select the correct region when adding a gateway to your cart!
